Kaynaştırma Öğrencileriyle İlgili Öğretmenlerin Yaşadıkları Sorunlar
Abstract
In this study, qualitative research methods were used, the aim of which was to identify the problems that teachers have with their integration students. As one of these methods, the research was conducted with 9 teachers using the interview technique. In the study, the advantages and disadvantages of the inclusive students, the discussion about the appropriateness of the practices in inclusive education, the time management with these students, the problems experienced with the students and their solutions, the tasks of the other students in the educational and training processes in the same environment as the mainstreaming students and the problems experienced by them were set as themes and codes. From the data obtained, it appears that it is important that the professionals involved in the decision-making mechanisms for the implementation of educational policies both improve the educational processes of mainstreaming students and take into account the expectations of teachers, while the need for inclusive students to benefit from equal opportunities in education is again evident.
