Abstract
In this study, teachers' opinions regarding the problems experienced by classroom teachers with the school administration were taken into account and interviews were conducted with classroom teachers working in primary schools. The interviews were limited to 18 classroom teachers working in Esenler District of Istanbul province in the 2017-2018 academic year. It was prepared to examine the effects of the problems experienced by classroom teachers with school administrations on education in primary schools. In this context, as a result of the interviews regarding the problems experienced by classroom teachers regarding school management; It has been observed that the understanding of favoritism applied by school administrations forms the basis of many problems for classroom teachers regarding task distribution, resource distribution, taking into account suggestions, creating branches, participating in decisions and union work.
