Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Mesleki Öğrenme Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi
Abstract
Screening model was used in this study, which was conducted to determine the professional learning levels of classroom teachers. Randomly selected 60 volunteer classroom teachers from the universe consisting of classroom teachers working in Ankara Province Altındağ District, were taken as the sample. Teacher Professional Learning Scale adapted into Turkish by Gümüş, Apaydın and Bellibaş (2018) was applied to classroom teachers in the sample group. The scale consists of 4 sub-dimensions: "cooperation", "reflection", "implementation" and "reaching the knowledge base" and a 5-point Likert type scale with a total of 27 expressions, graded between "totally disagree" and "totally agree". transmitted on the internet. According to the findings obtained from the analysis made; The professional learning levels of classroom teachers do not differ according to their gender, the professional learning levels of classroom teachers do not differ according to their seniority, while the professional learning levels of classroom teachers differ in the sub-dimensions of "reflection" and "reaching the knowledge base", they do not differ in the sub-dimensions of "application" and "cooperation", It was concluded that the professional learning levels and professional learning levels of classroom teachers did not differ according to the educational status of the classroom teachers and that the level of professional learning of classroom teachers was good in all sub-dimensions of professional learning.
