Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Psikolojik Sağlamlıklarının İncelenmesi
Abstract
The quantitative method was followed and the relational screening model was used in the research conducted to determine the psychological resilience of preschool teachers. The data on the resilience of 120 preschool teachers were obtained with the "Psychological Resilience Scale", which was developed by Basım, Çetin, Fatih (2011) and consists of 6 sub-dimensions, and the data were analyzed using non-parametric methods. According to the results of the research, the resilience levels of preschool teachers can be expressed as high in all sub-dimensions. In terms of sub-dimensions, preschool teachers have high scores in the dimensions of structural style, self-perception, and future perception, while they show low-level psychological resilience in the sub-dimensions of family cohesion, social competence, and social resources compared to other sub-dimensions. According to demographic characteristics, while the psychological resilience of preschool teachers did not differ in terms of gender and age variable, psychological resilience differed in some sub-dimensions according to professional seniority and marital status.
