Abstract
The purpose of this research is to reveal conceptual knowledge in leadership and conflict management regarding the Leadership Models of School Administrators and the Conflict Management process. The understanding that the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institutions will increase by displaying leadership styles by school principals increases its importance day by day. With the regulation changes made in recent years, the course supervision authority and role of school principals has been increased. In this context, school principals' supervision of lessons with a managerial approach based on transformational leadership style will increase the effect of supervision in schools. Leadership behavior and communication and interaction management strategies are topics that directly affect organizations. This shows the importance of interaction between members and leaders and conflict management behavior in institutions. Today, due to differences in the sector, the management approach and scope encourages more professional management. Apart from this importance, one of the biggest problems faced by institutions is conflict. Successful conflict management is related to the concept of leadership. In particular, the leadership approach is one of the issues examined in the context of the effects and consequences of conflict. Effective conflict management is important not only for managers but for the entire organization.
